CBET Program

The intent of the CBET program is to “provide free or subsidized English language instruction to parents or other members of the community who pledge to provide personal English-language tutoring to California school children who are limited-English proficient.”

CBET TUTORING COURSE (50-04-56 or 51-03-62)

The CBET Tutoring Course (ESL Multilevel/Tutoring the Elementary School-Age Child/CBET 50-04-56)  is a 34-hour multilevel course designed to teach tutoring skills to ESL (BLB and above) parents of K-5 children.
